Somehow convince ten people (including yourself) to donate blood and win this prize. You can offer a cut of the money, promise them homemade cookies, buy the one pitcher of beer to get everyone hammered afterwards, just guilt them in to it, whatever...

How will this idea be judged? I just want proof that you convinced ten people (including yourself) to go donate blood. I'm thinking you should all go together and make an event out of it, then take a picture together with your bandaids. It'd be cool if you were holding a mobincentive sign too. (There is definitely a bit of honor system here -- I realize this photo can be easily faked.)

Unfortunately there is convincing needed :( I have been meaning to do this for months, but things keep coming up when the blood 'stations' come back to my town. The first time was a week before my 18th, so I was looking forward to donating, but my practical chem exam was the day after, so I couldn't risk it. And since then my doctor has told me that I shouldn't until my blood iron levels are sorted out. But when I do go get it done, I'll have five or six people donating with me too!

Do they count towards it? I'm hoping to donate before my nineteenth birthday which is next May. That gives me time to sort out my iron levels, haha. And I'm also donating my hair then, so I'll do both within a couple of months of each other and raise money for charity =D

well i think this is pretty important stuff, it obviously saves lives, and there should not be much convincing needed.
