Great (cheap) happy hour in Seattle? (Expired)

$15.00
Last summer there was a restaurant called Azura at the corner of Pine and Melrose in Capitol Hill (Seattle), and their awesome happy hour was $10 for 5 bottles of Sapporo in an ice bucket. Mmm, mmm, fabulous on a hot summer day. They also had decent, pretty reasonably priced appetizers. A filling happy hour didn't cost you an arm and a leg. Oh, and the outdoor seating was pretty great as well.

Anyone have any recommendations on a good cheap happy hour in Seattle? If me and three of my foodie/beerie (and unemployed) friends like it, then you win.

How will this idea be judged? The judging is subjective. Me and three of my friend (food/beer connoisseurs, and unemployed) will go to the restaurant, enjoy a happy hour, and we'll generally agree at the end of the happy hour whether we think it was both reasonably priced and quality. Outdoor seating is a major plus.

Reasonably priced: this means $2-3 dollars for most appys and they're a decent size (not two bites). The appy's don't have to be fancy... wings definitely count.

Quality: could be one or two fantastic appetizers even if the rest are lame (please let us know your recommendations in your solution) and either a bunch of different reasonably priced beers, or one or two exceptional beers that are reasonably priced. Exceptional beers are a great example of their category... i.e. Asahi is a fantastically refreshing crisp light beer, Manny's Pale Ale is a great local Seattle Pale Ale... etc.

This expires at the end of August because summer's a wastin' while I search for a great happy hour.

MOE (next to Neumo's, replaced the Bad JuJu recently) has $2 beers and $2 wells 3-7 every day of the week. So says their ad in the stranger. Haven't checked it out yet, but it sounds promising...

i loved the azura happy hour! haven't found an adequate replacement since. where else can you find a bucket of beer, cheap appetizers, and outdoor seating?!

I also miss having a bucket of Sapporo for $10 on the patio.
