Alrite mate. If you want your wife to lose weight then she needs to be doing two things. First is reducing the amount of fat she intakes and second is increasing the amount she needs.
Easiest way to do the former is to start looking at low fat options. I dont mean lettuce for dinner, but you can buy low fat sausages and lean bacon for instance, along with low fat curries. Eat these instead and the weight should reduce.
To increase the amount she needs she basically needs to exercise. DO NOT get her to go to a gym, unless she wants to. Starting an exercise routine that she doesn't enjoy will just make her ignore it and give up. A 10 minute walk 3 times a week does wonders. Also, throwing a frisbee in the park is fun and energetic.
If you can get her to do both of these she should have no problem with her weight loss. :)
This is important.. I know I have lost 151 pounds in the last 11 months, and I feel 1000% better. She should look into HMR (http://www.hmrprogram.com) Thats how I did it. And I'm still working on it (I have another 110 to lose.)
Ouch... does she know you put this up here? What are you going to do with the money? I want to know whether the money is for some kind of weight reduction surgery, or if it's for a diet plan, or if it's for your health costs after she finds this and tears you a new one.
