All I can say is that you should start with offering classes at 'Adult colleges' and places that teach adults. If you offer relatively cheap classes (or even free!) then they can come along and learn how to keep themselves and their families healthy and happy. Then once that is started offer classes to kids, like healthy cooking classes or something equally amusing for them. It's amazing what you can instill on kids. But then it works both ways unfortunately (junk food, sweets, etc).

Once you have enough people involved, you can move onto your own company and premises.
