Looking for an 18-hole Seattle golf course (Closed)

$10.00
I've been playing golf for about a year so I'm still not very good. But yet I still love the game and it's super addicting. I'm looking for a golf course where I can play on weekends that isn't very crowded and isn't very expensive. I don't like feeling the pressure of having lots of people around me, but I also don't like spending too much money.

Anybody know of a golf course in the Seattle area that fits this description?

I'm somewhat over my fear of playing around other golfers now. For those who are curious, Bellevue Municipal has a pretty good deal on weekends after 2 pm. You can play a full round of golf with a cart, get a hot dog and fountain drink all for $33.

I'm also finding some pretty good deals further East in the Snoqualmie and Fall City areas. I don't know this area as well, but it seems like there are good deals at the Snoqualmie Falls, Twin Rivers, and Tall Chief golf courses.

Anyway, I figure it was time to close this idea. Seems like there aren't too many golfers on this site yet anyway. =)

i've tried a few random ones from http://www.seattlegolfguide.com. and i guess i was looking for under $30 for the 18 holes of golf (without cart) -- and i would accept solutions for random specials (assuming it's a recurring thing and not a one time deal).

and yeah, i think the newcastle course is really expensive.

As far as I can tell, there are only 3 municipal courses in Seattle proper, listed here: http://www.ci.seattle.wa.us/parks/Athletics/golfcrse.htm#seattle.

I haven't tried any of them personally, so I'm not sure if any of these would qualify.

What kind of prices are you looking for? I know nothing about golf, so does that mean $30 for 18 holes, or $50? Also, would you accept solutions that recommend early bird specials, etc. as being inexpensive and not too crowded?

The Newcastle golf course has some amazing views... but it's probably expensive. I've only ever been there for Sunday brunch (yummm).
