1. chug a liter of water before you go to bed 2. sleep in 3. eat a greasy breakfast (e.g. dim sum) 4. drink less next time

The problem is I never remember to drink water before falling asleep, and when I wake up keeping down a greasy breakfast is pretty much an impossibility. Again, I'm looking for something that can help me once I've woken up with a hangover.
