Al Gore is in the picture, so here's my first one. I have a lot of free time, so I'll see if I can't rhyme with Guiliani.

There is no safer bet than Al Gore,
No matter what policies you're for:
If his movie is right,
And seas reach a new height,
Washington won't exist anymore.

I think the meter might be better if you make the fourth line "And seas reach new height," (i.e. just take out the "a" to remove a syllable).
