I can't honestly say that Spider Man would stand a chance against the Man Of Steel. I mean, seriously, the only things that Spidey has going for him are his amazing acrobatic skills and his ability to sling webs. I'm sure that these skills would have no effect on someone who can withstand bullets, stop trains with his bare hands, and, oh yeah, FLY. I think that it's best for Spider Man to just stay on Superman's good side.
